Captian Joe and First mate Derick were amazing to be onboard with. We caught 25 maui maui, 2 amber jack, 1 triple rainbow, and 1 triple tail and had loads of fun. highly recommend this crew they are top knotch!! thank you to both of you for a great time on the water!

Captain Joe and his first mate are professional, knowledgeable, and bring high energy to the entire experience. Don’t let that intimidate you if you don’t have much experience though — they’re patient, vocal, and give clear instructions that put us on some absolute monster fish. Worth every cent, and we’ll definitely be back.

On October 18, 2025, my entire family - children and grandchildren - were in Islamorada, Florida celebrating my wife and my 50th wedding anniversary. Joe Snyder was most gracious in allowing us to book an offshore fishing trip at the last minute. Four of us went fishing and had the "time of our lives." It was the best fishing experience I have ever had. Joe knew exactly where the fish were and we caught a ton. I highly recommend Joe Snyder and the Coral Sea, and we shall most assuredly use him again when next in Islamorada. He is simply the BEST!

Had an amazing time on the Shark Trip with Captain Joe! My brothers and I had an absolute blast out on the water – fishing, laughing, and just soaking up the boat ride together. We pulled in some crazy strong barracudas, hooked a few epic tarpons that gave us a fight to remember, and even landed a shark – the kind of catch we’ll be talking about for the rest of our lives. Big shoutout to Derek the mate for keeping the vibes fun and helping us out every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip – unforgettable experience, highly recommend!

From start to finish, our fishing trip with Coral Sea was absolutely fantastic. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and Captain Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. We were welcomed aboard a clean, well-equipped boat with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Within minutes of leaving the dock, the captain had us on the fish—big ones too! He knew all the best spots, and we caught more than we expected, including yellow tail and barracuda What really stood out was the extra effort he put into making sure everyone on board felt included, from the seasoned anglers to the first-timers. He was patient with teaching techniques, quick with tips, and even helped us land some trophy catches. By the end of the day, not only did we have a cooler full of fresh fish, but also amazing memories. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and exciting fishing trip, I can’t recommend Coral Sea enough. We’ll definitely be booking again next season!
